Urgent! How do I get back into microsoft account after being told access denied?

I was trying to log onto microsoft with my school email and when putting in the code on the authenticator app, i accidentally clicked it's not me. How do I get it back? It's really important that I do for my schoolwork, and is there any way I can talk to a representative about it, or get any feedback that can aid in helping me?
