Urgent Help Required

Hi - I am getting this message when typing in correct pin …..’this sign in option is disabled because of failed sign in attempts or repeated shutdowns. Use a different sign in option or keep your device powered on at least 2 hours and then try again’……..I left it 2 hours and still didn’t work…….i also tried ‘forgot pin’ and tried to sign into Microsoft but the 2-layer Authenticator takes me to an old mobile phone I had in Oz (I am UK now) - I added new Uk mobile number but advising it’ll take 30 days to update - I need to get logged in for work purposes urgently - please help! Thanks
