I recently encountered a serious security issue with my home computer, which was compromised by malware and viruses around December 2nd to 4th. As a precaution, I wiped my computer clean, reinstalled everything, and set up a new Microsoft account with a new email address. (To make sure OneDrive does not download back any infected Yes, I do have 2 step verification long time before this concern happened.I am concerned that some files automatically uploaded to OneDrive might have been infected or corrupted.
