Upon restart of windows 11 a message is displayed vs just the normal logo

Upon restart the following message is displayed and the time is excessive prior to the normal login screen.>>Checking Media presence......>>Media Present......>>Start PXEover IPV4 on MAC: 00-BE-43-B9-F2-80.
