My windows license was valid before as i bought it from the store. I had to reset my PC as a windows update caused it to launch into just a black screen (windows explorer was running) went into recovery and tried to uninstall the quality update but showed the error could not complete please reset your PC so chose the option reset but keep my files it reset and removed all my apps but going into the settings its now showing that the product key is now not valid but no hardware had changed?
