Upon moving the SSD my OLD PC booted from into a new PC (after windows was already installed) the Pictures folder is empty, can it be recovered?

Built a new PC, installed windows 11 on a brand new nvme M2 drive, installed all the needed programs. After all this was completed I decided to install the SSD from my old windows 10 PC as an additional drive in the new one, most files remain intact, installed games were able to be scanned by steam and used without reinstalling, as well as many of the video files I'd made stored in my Videos folder within the Users directory.The only thing that I've noticed as missing is my entire pictures folder, which has a lot of stuff I've worked on, some of which I had backed up but foolishly not all....I
