Upon connecting my MS account to a new PC, when I log out I get stuck in the loop trying to log back in.

Just got and setup a brand new PC.When I start the PC there is a generic "USER" that is local to the PC placed by the manufacturer. MS then asks me to sign into my account so that I may personalize and see all my settings, which I do, and everything seems fine. However once I log out or shut down and attempt logging back in nothing happens. It just says "Sign In" clicking it makes the screen flash a bit, but nothing happens otherwise. So basically, after signing into my existing account profile from the Local account, I get functionally locked out from signing back in.The only way around this
