When I first upgraded to Windows 10, I didn’t realize I got the 32-bit version, but I thought it wouldn’t matter too much so I left it be. But recently I can’t download applications due to being 32-bit, so I decided to try upgrading to 64-bit by following a YouTube tutorial.So I followed the instructions, downloaded the media creation tool in my USB and tried to boot my laptop up with it, but when I do it just shows me the Windows logo and then a blank blue screen before turning off.
