I don’t have a product key or a usb just trying to do a simple media creation tool windows update from the Microsoft website. I’ve already found old posts with similar situations but mine of course is not the same. I’ve attempted to update keeping my files which didn’t work. Pictured is my second attempt not keeping any files at all and this is what it came up with. Stop code: DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG Was also listed when it went blue screen and said ran into a problem and cancelled the update on its own. My laptop is old but I don’t think it’s too old to update I could be wrong. Someone help me pl
