Upgraded to Windows 11 and now my game audio is glitched? I've tried everything

Back on my old computer I had Windows 10, the audio was fine, but now with my new computer the audio just seems so muffled. especially when I'm playing Valorant. I used to be able to play and hear everything, now the audio is muffled so much to the point that its hard to hear ANYTHING at all, let alone the basic sound of footsteps.I've scowered the internet and I've found no solution that work, I've updated everything, my sounds are all boosted too 100%, its really JUST with Valorant and DayZ.
