Upgraded from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro - Run as Administrator does nothing

Hi,I recently upgrade to Windows 11, I am unable to Run As Administrator on ALL shortcuts, I have to locate the .exe-file to otherwise nothing happens.I've tried sfc /scannow & dism online repair but nothing helps.exefile -> isolatedcommand is set to "%1" %* in regedit as it should be from what I've read.Any ideas? Just clean format this Alpha-OS?/Best regards
