Upgraded Computer Won't Boot

I bought a new motherboard Gigabyte Aorus Elite B550 AX V3. It's an atx motherboard so I also bought a new case. I also bought a 650 watts bronze rated PSU. New rams as well. I updated the bios to the latest version. I also eventually removed cmos battery if it is the problem but nothing changed.So basically this is what happens when I turn on the computer. Either 1. I'm stuck in no signal/display. (Sometimes it doesn't shut down when at this state when I press and hold the power button.)2. Or I get to the point where the aorus/gigabyte logo appears and it shows the buttons I need to click to
