I work for a MS partner and we use the below page to gain upgrade keys for schools and education establishments.Upgrade Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Education - Partner Center | Microsoft LearnHowever this time we've had to make 3 tickets and each time the MS support agent seems to be clueless on the process and just makes up 'rubbish' to try and get out of helping. All their advice is fruitless and just ends up at making another support ticket or being sent to the Education site which just puts you in touch with a MS partner - who funnily enough use the same link above.My biggest frustration
