Upgrade windows 10 to windows 11 for parallels desktop on mac with M2

I have bought a Windows 10 Home digital license from Microsoft Store and used in a MacBookAir 2015 with parallels desktop. Now I have a MacBookPro M2 and want to use windows with parallels desktop. When I tried to activate Windows 11 in a new virtual machine I discovered that the product key on my old Windows 10 machine didn't work. Message: You do not have a specific license key for this copy of Windows 11 PRO. Parallels is using Windows 11 Pro. Mine is Win 10 Home. I need help to sort out. Windows 11 Pro is permanently asking to activate or to buy. Thx in adv.
