Upgrade Windows 10 Home OEM to Windows 10 Pro

Hello,I purchased a laptop with Windows 10 Home OEM license. I'd like to upgrade it to Pro and I have a few questions.1) If I purchase the retails license and apply on this Windows 10 Home in order to upgrade, will this newly upgraded Windows 10 Pro become OEM or it will be retail? 2) When wiping PC and restoring to factory, will the new license persist and I will not have to upgrade again?3) When upgrading through MS Store, will I get the key? What will happen when wiping PC? Again, will upgrade persist after resetting PC or will I have Windows 10 Home again and will again have to upgrade to
