Upgrade to window 11 pro from window 10 pro

Hi,This is Satya from Kuraray India.I want to about Window 11 pro upgrade from window 10 pro. We are using approx 20 laptops with Window 10 Pro (MS Surface, Dell & Panasonic etc) with the minimum configuration i5, 128/256/512GB SSD and all are Domain PCs.We wants to upgrade to Window 11 Pro from 10 Pro.How can we upgrade to W11 Pro without lossing applications/softwares and Data? There is no option available freely in window update.Could you please elaborate the available best options? If there is any cost also please let me know.
