Upgrade from windows server 2012 R2 to windows server2019

Hello,

We are trying to update a VM windows server 2012 R2 to windows server 2019.


But i continue having the error : 0CX1900101- 0X30018 after when the install reaches 57%.

I have activated the logs and this is what i see :

Have you any idea what could this be ?


I have already tried many advices from the net but still i get the same error
