Upgrade from Windows 7 to 10

Hi all


I've had 3 separate Virtual Agents try to upgrade from Windows 7 to 10, without success.


Case number:

1459677828

The agents took control of my pc, but could still not upgrade my pc.


I also tried installing from a DVD as a fresh install.


Errors include:

'unable to complete updates undoing changes',


'Select the driver to install

Load driver


A media driver your computer needs is missing. This could be a DVD, USB or Hard disk driver. If you have a CD, DVD, or USB flash driver with the driver on it, please insert it now.'


I am in the process of getting a refund, as I cannot upgrade from Windows 7 to 10.
