Upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Pro from the Windows Store does not work.

Hello Support I have purchased Windows 11 Pro upgrade from the Windows Store however it will not work on my Windows 11 Home addition. Details: This is a new HP laptop out of the box. First step: update windows until windows says the system is up-to-date. Next, I went to the Windows Store to purchase and Upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. The error message states: "Something happened and we couldn't start the Upgrade". I do need assistance with this as soon as possible.
