Upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 and since update, my taskbar no longer work include start menu or windows settings just spinning wheel

I have been putting the windows 11 upgrade off for a while cause i was scared of the issues that will follow if i upgrade the PC, so finally took the courage to upgrade only to discover my fear was right all along. Since i updated, I no longer get my taskbar, or start menu or file explorer. My windows key no longer work i combinations line Windows key + I to get to setting or Windows key + E no longer works.
