Upgrade from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro

I currently have Windows Pro 10 and want to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro but according to PC Health my Processor will not work with Windows 11. My processor is Intel Xeon CPU E3-1505M v6 @ 3.00GHz. I don't understand why this processor will not work it has 4 cores and definitely fast enough? Will Windows approved this processor in the future or will I need to install a different processor? Is there a workaround?
