I have a computer that is only about 2 years old, and it is failing to upgrade to 23h2 from 22h2. This is occurring on about 30 computers in the environment, and I suspect it has something to do with BitLocker/TPM/Kernel DMA Protection, but this is all merely speculation. All of the other computers have installed it fine.
