Updating windows caused my cursor (with or without a mouse [wired or Bluetooth]) to lag and bug out and drift in random directions for a random set pe

I've checked everything to do with the mouse and touchpad and have concluded the issue is strictly software from this update. No processes helped this issue, so I uninstalled the update and did a fresh boot up, yet even without the update the issued stayed. All things with uninstalling/disabling the drivers regarding my mouse/cursor, did not help anything as well. Does anybody have this exact issue and a couple solution ideas? Also, the cursor works perfectly normal, but strictly when the 'Device Manager' is open/on screen. I saw a few others had this issue, but the written solutions did not w
