updating "initial" driver package

I followed the instructions to upload and sign my CAB file to windows update, and it's working as expected. My question is how to upload new version of the CAB file? The form contains a link that implies you can upload new version ("You can add new driver packages by uploading an updated driver package *here*") ,but clicking "here" just takes me to existing driver page.
