So I had decided to change the picture on one of my folders for music from one picture to another I had found. My real problem isn't how to change the picture on the folder, since I've already done that and have no problems viewing it on my laptop. My real issue is how do I transfer that folder with the new picture onto my phone (LG Q6)? I already have this folder on my phone, but I have removed it both from my phone AND from the laptop and created a new one, putting the new picture in place. But when I transfer this new folder onto my phone, the OLD picture is the one that shows up for this particular music folder.
The only reason I'm changing pictures is so I don't have to look at the music icon when listening to music on my phone. I'd rather look at a picture of the artist or something related to them instead.
I have tried everything I could think of, but this one folder is the only one that can't/won't change from the old picture to the new one. I've tried it with other similar music folders and they change no problem.
I've even tried deleting thumbnails from my phone's DCIM folder in case this was an issue. I've restarted my phone numerous times to no avail. I'm at my wits end and don't know what else I can do.
Any and all help is appreciated!
