Please try the steps below to resolve your issue.
Suggestion:
Download and execute the fix from the website mentioned below.
http://castlecops.com/zx/negster22/WUFix.zip
Save the above mentioned file to the deskop and double click on the file.
Double click on the file and execute the file WuFix.bat.
Wait for the process to be completed and the try to update windows and check
whether the issue is resolved.
