Updates KB5026372 and KB5022497 repeatedly fail to install

I keep getting notified to install updates KB5026372 and KB5022497, but they repeatedly fail. WHY?? How to fix??11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400 @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable)Windows 11 Home 64-bit version 2009 Build 22621.1105This PC came with Office pre-loaded when bought new. If I refresh it, do I lose Office? Is there a way to correct these issues without having to go so far backwards?
