Updated windows now showing blue screen on a loop with SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION Error.

Hello. I updated my windows but it didn't update properly and it startes undoing changes to my system but it's crashing midway and showing the SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION error and then restarting again and again i am getting the blue screen. It's going on in a loop. I am also not able to access the recovery mode. What can i do to solve this?
