updated windows and now my fan has stopped working

So, I just went through the latest update (1/14/25) and now I get a message when powering up that my fan is not working. This seems to be a common issue. How do I uninstall the update I got today so everything works again? I don't want to edit the bios, I want to uninstall the update so everything works like it did last night. This part is a gripe... I thought that after upgrading to windows 11 the problems with updates causing issues on computers that were working properly before the updates had been fixed.
