Updated Windows 8.1 to 10 and now unable to download Brother iPrint&Scan software

Recently I updated my Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. With Windows 8.1 I had installed the Brother iPrint&Scan software and it functioned perfectly. With Windows 10 however, I am unable to install the software even logged in as administrator. The error message I get is:Brother iPrint&Scan SetupService ‘Brother Workflow Application Controller’(WorkflowAppControl) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.Retry or Cancel When I click retry the message comes back immediately. I also tried to download and reinstall a couple more times without succ
