UPDATED Windows 11, version 23H2 and I can´'t see colors in Excel or distinguish lines in webpages, its all very confusing

When updating Microsoft 365, the way the screen is displayed completely changed, including the colors, contrasts, and it’s not easy to distinguish lines and web pages. In Excel, I can’t apply colors, and everything is very confusing. Please help!
