Updated windows 11 it changed me to windows 11 pro and i need to pay again

First I had some problems with WMI provider host so I update to windows 11, version 24H2 Feature Update then I opened windows and windows changed me to 11 pro, now i need to activate windows and it wants me to pay 270 dollars when I had 11 home already activated.In the settings it shows me this error code: 0xC004F213 I didn't really try anything because I didn't find anything for my exact problem.
