Updated to windows 11, computer runs at crippling speed

I recently upgraded my computer (motherboard, CPU, GPU, etc. ) I installed windows 10 to start but then decided to upgrade to windows 11 as I was having some oats issues connecting a VR headset. I purchased a windows 11 Home key and upgraded.Now my computer is running a CRIPPLING speed. I will click on things (like the settings menu) and it may take 1-2 minutes just to open. I have updated everything, drivers, GPU, etc. but still no success. Now I have an update that won't even update at all because it says "other downloads are in progress", but there isn't.
