UPDATE to Windows 11, version 24H2

Greetings,I am getting constant pop-up nag to update to Windows 11, version 24H2.The last time I UPDATED I lost my Desktop and all my App configuration and settings.In other words, it was like a new installation.How can I stop this constant nagging to update?See:Redirecting Thanks,WV-Mike
