update to windows 11 23H3 stuck

Hey, I'm trying to update my Lenovo IdeaPad to the windows 11 23H2 version. Downloading the package was already really slow but (took like 2 hours) but it was able to. Now it's been trying to install the update for the past 6 hours, but it's still at 2%. I only had 18gb available, so I plugged a 64gb usb stick in and when the laptop asked for more storage space, selected that one. It's been stuck on 2% for a hour now.
