I have tried to update to version 2004 of Win10 Pro twice now, once in early September and again on 10/15/2020. After the first attempt, I reverted to v1909 because I had the same problems I am encountering on the second attempt. This time, I'm going to try to resolve the problems.

Networking / connecting to the internet is my Win 10 issue. By virtue of you reading this, you can see that I am connected to the internet and my browser of choice is working fine. However, when I check both my Wi-fi and Ethernet connections, both report I have no internet access. And, no matter what I try to do, I can't change that report. When I check under System Settings > Network & Internet > Status, this is the report I'm given:

"NO INTERNET ACCESS

Your device is connected, but you might not be able to access anything on the network. If you have a limited data plan, you can make this network a metered connection or change other properties."

When I click on "View Hardware and Connection Properties" below, that report tells me that Ethernet I211 Gigabit Network Connection is not operational; that Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I219-V is operational but connected to an unknown network with no traffic; that AnchorFree TAP-Windows Adapter V9 is not operational; that Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 is operational but connected to an unknown network with no traffic; that Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter #2 is operational but disconnected; and, that Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter is not operational.

And finally, I don't want to even try and describe the mess my network adapters look like in Device Manager, but I have checked that all my device drivers are current. Any ideas how to resolve this mess without going back to Win10 v1909?
