Dear Team, As per the below MS article we understand that we need to install KB4019276 and Modify registry settings which are provided in the More information field.

I just wanted to know, is the KB4019276 file adds any additional settings to the machine which are not defined on the registry to enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2.
Can we achieve the same settings from the registry without installing KB4019276.
