Update to 242H Boot Loader Issues

[Windows 11]

I updated my windows to latest and now when it loads, I get the boot loader screen. It shows two versions of Windows 11 and has the countdown to select the first one or I have to select it to speed up the load.The second version I see when I select it, it just does like a boot load loop and restarts a few times before it brings up the help menus.Why did Windows create a second loader? Was this not supposed to be removed after the install automatically? Is there a way to remove this second one it sees so my laptop boots properly?
