Update the group policy meet 800706ba

My domain is server2019, and I want to update remote group policy, for the real station with win10, it is ok, but for win10 in the Hyper-V, it always meet an error of 800706ba(The RPC server is unavailable), I check the RPC services is running in Hyper-VAny other reason for this ?Thank you
