Update KB5049981 on WIN10 and KB5050021 causes problem on usbdevice USB2.0 Scanner - This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Hello,unfortunatly update KB5049981 on WIN10 and update KB5050021 on WIN11 updates the drivers:SecureUSBVideo.dllusbvideo.sysAs a result my USB2.0 Scanner device stopped working with error code This device cannot start. (Code 10)Only solution to get my device running again is uninstalling the update or reverting the 2 files above.But this is no long term solution as error could occur again with next update.I would appreciate your help.
