Update KB5010414 crashes my computer

After installing the update it takes about a minute and a half for explorer.exe to load. After it loads all programs take longer to launch and explorer.exe crashes. I am unable to do anything while it loads on boot up because I don't have a taskbar. After I use restore all is fine. I have tried to install this update 3 times and the same thing happens every time. Any help would be appreciated.
