Hi,
I'm running Windows 7 64-bit on an i7
Windows Update tells me I need to install KB3086255 but every time I try to update it I get error 800B0100. I have successfully installed other updates.
I have run the Windows Update Troubleshooter, the System File Checker, and the System Update Readiness tool as described in this article:

No problems were found by any of the programs. However, when I run Windows Update, KB3086255 appears as an important update, so I select it, but it fails each time with 800B0100.
I have tried to update it directly via the following site:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=48797
But that results in simply saying that the update was not installed, and no error information.
What do I need to do to install this update?
