Update issue

[Windows 10]

I pay for a membership and still CANNOT speak to a live person. I will cancel if I do not get help. When I do the update, it doesn't update all the way. My computer shuts down and will not fully start up. I need to fix this immediately. I am beyond frustrated that I can't speak to someone!
