update issue for windows 11 possible couple different 1 may a bios change/update and 2 may be TPM may be updated all are about the processor issue

I'm looking to find to information to possibly fix the issue windows 11 update But I'm finding out it can also be a season that it has some type of security is involved that is not allowing the some of the security issues be turned on that may fix the update issue to windows 11. I'm really just looking for info on how I may go about fixing some of these issues in finding info on this hopefully. Thanks for any info anyone can provide.
