Update install stuck at 95%

I wiped my old laptop to install Windows 11 on it, the next pending update is Windows 10 version 22h2. It keeps getting stuck at 95% I have restarted it multiple times and run the troubleshoot and multiple times and they've not fixed this. I've seen other people have had this issue but not how to resolve it. Is there a fix for this?
