I have been on the phone with Brother as this update has screwed up my ability to scan--I have uninstalled and installed the software about 5 times, called Brother and they have finally told me it is a Microsoft problem--I NEED MY SCANNER TO WORK! I can't manually load it and it has really messed up my work...need help!
