update from windows 7 to windows 10

Hi, I need to update from windows 7 to windows 10. I used this link (下载 Windows 10) to download the tool. But iwhen running this tool (MediaCreationTool_22H2.exe), it says that this tool cannot be run on my computer. And the error code is 0x80072F8F - 0x20000. Please help me. Thanks!
