update errors of Windows 11 Insider Preview 22581.1 (ni_release)

I am having some difficulties with Windows11 installation, Windows update prompts me to have an update error and rollback, the error code is 8007042B.I also found some detailed error messages in setuperr.log:2022-03-25 20:25:16, Error CONX Appraiser: ERROR,SdbGetMatchingInfoBlocksEx,2224,TAGREF array insufficient 2022-03-25 20:26:46, Error [0x0803b6] MIG Can't retrieve group information for user IIS APPPOOL\Classic .NET AppPool.
