Update error 0x80040154 for 2025 01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64 Based Systems (KB5050021)

I tried to update and it just keeps saying Updates failed. Also says Retry next to the update that is trying to be installed. I've tried everything I can. I ran the update troubleshooter 10 times, tried installing the update manually from windows update catalog, clearing cache, unplugged devices, restarting device, repaired dll files, etc. Can anyone help?
