Update deleted product key

[Windows 11]

Recently updated my computer (windows update). However after doing so, my pc now has the “activate windows” watermark. Which is insane because it wasn’t an issue for well over a year until this update. It is a custom PC built by microcenter. How can I fix this issue? As of now restarting it helps the water mark to go away, but it eventually comes back.
